La situation très proche du centre-ville ...

Ville en constante mutation, beaucoup de travaux, il faut deux jours pour s'y repérer ... et parfois, le GPS s'affole !

This is a very cute and comfortable ( although small) apartment right in the heart of the old town with two great restaurants literally on the doorstep. The location was very convenient and although there is no onsite parking there is free public parking 5 min walk away. Finding nearby parking could however become an issue during peak season.

Finding the apartment was a challenge. We didn't realize that the apartment is located in a pedestrian only street and so the GPS sent us in circles through the narrowest of streets. It would have helped if that was made clear from the start and a nearby street address address provided where we could meet and temporarily park to get our luggage to the apartment.

We didn't have breakfast facilities.

We thought we had booked the "yellow door" apartment around the corner, where we had stayed before, which has a small yard at the rear. When we made our booking there was a picture of the yard space so we assumed the we were booking the same apartment as we had booked in the past. The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. also we were surrounded by restaurants on both streets and the chatter/noise in the evenings was a bit disturbing at times.

the location is is fantastic right in the centre of the historic old town amidst plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. we would definitely stay again in this property.

the mattress was too hard for us, we tried the spare duvet as a mattress cover, but unfortunately it did not work, but if you like a hard mattress it would not be a problem.

Wonderful location, close to shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was an easy walk away.

The bed was really uncomfortable for us. A good foam mattress topper could have all the difference!

Better light in kitchen. No instructions on how to dispose of kitchen waste and the fact that there is a charge for this. No facilities for recycling. Court yard could do with a clean.

The accommodation was clean and tidy and had all there that was needed. The location was central and perfect for us. The staff especially Diana I think, were very helpful and nothing was too much.

Honestly? Nothing.

It's in the old part Tavira and very central. It was well equipped with everything from hair dryer, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine etc. The air-conditioning also worked. It was also clean.

The flat is very dark and nobody would really want to sit with the lights on to prepare or eat food. There was a constant damp smell despite me airing the flat every morning and evening.. Outside a restaurant would appear 6 out of 7 evenings and there was clunking noises as they packed up after the evening, typically around 11pm to midnight. The window didn't have a mosquito net so the room was stuffy at night the window had to remain shut
