Elfin Cottage

The cottage was very beautiful and cosy. Exactly like in the pictures. Very clean. The shower was quite spacious, loved the heating rack for the towels. The kitchenet came in handy. Has nice private parking. Good location, by car close to Portree and major attractions. 100% would recommend

Nothing. Everything was great

Set in a rural location a short distance from the crowds of Portree, this little unit was private, and had modern appliances and furnishings. The owner was extremely friendly and went to pains to ensure our needs were met. She gave us great information about things to do in Portree.

It was a little cramped - but then my husband is over 6'9". There was no room for our cases, so we left them in the car, just taking into the unit what we needed. For average size people it would be perfect.

The cottage was cute and compact. , Good bathroom and kitchenette. The bed was comfy, plenty of space for parking, short drive to Portree. No need to turn on the TV as the view was breathtaking.

A great location if you want to escape. The owner was delightful.

The sandflies were terrible not able to sit outside needing to keep the door closed.

Amazing location, perfect to see around Skye, it's basically at 20 minutes from every famous spot. Clean, tidy, inside there was everything you could ask for, kitchenette with everything you need to make breakfast or dinner, a comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower and an amazing view over the hills of Skye via the big window that makes the cottage very bright and never dark. Amazing experience

It was cosy, clean and comfortable. The views from the window were amazing. Only around a 10 minute drive to Portree, so handy to get food etc

Nothing, a great place to stay

The location was perfect for me, only 10 mins drive from Portree and food shops but in beautiful countryside. I stayed by myself in the property and chose it as I wanted to walk the Old Man of Storr and the Quiraing which are both within easy reach. The view from the window next to the bed is amazing! The property was very clean and well equipped.
