We stayed for one week at the villa as a group of six and had a wonderful experience. The host was very friendly and available 24/7, which made communication easy. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. The villa is ideally located just a 6-minute walk from Tropea city center and about 15 minutes from the nearest popular beaches. The highlight of the villa was the spacious patio, which came fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a BBQ, and even an outdoor shower—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The ground floor room was especially nice, featuring a large window and air conditioning. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom on the same floor included a shower and washing machine. Basement floor has 2 other bedrooms and bathroom with bath.

However, there were a few issues we encountered during our stay that are worth mentioning. Basement Room Conditions: The rooms on the basement floor were uncomfortable due to high temperatures and lack of air conditioning. Additionally, there was significant noise from early morning until late at night coming from other apartments, making it difficult to sleep. These rooms also had no proper windows—just a view onto a garage or similar—so they felt quite enclosed. Bathroom Door Issue: On our first evening, the bathroom door on the ground floor got stuck and could not be opened, even with some force (as the host suggested). It was clear this had happened before, as there were marks from previous attempts to fix it. Fortunately, my husband managed to get it open. This door definitely needs a more permanent fix. Shower Door: The shower door doesn’t close properly, which causes water to leak onto the floor unless it’s held in place manually. This should also be addressed soon. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time at the villa and appreciated the host’s responsiveness. With a few improvements, this place could be even better.

L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour les visites, elle est située à 10 min à pieds du centre historique. La maison est spacieuse avec tous les équipements dont on a besoin. Le plus est la sa belle terrasse avec son barbecue. Elle dispose d'un parking gratuit.

Location perfect. Easy walk to town. Plenty of parking which is limited in town. Having patio was perfect for morning and evenings
