All Year Getaway

This was a perfect winter getaway. It was lovely, comfy and cosy as well as being spacious (we were a couple). There was a log fire with plenty of wood and the kitchen was well equipped. Gorgeous views in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance from the town centre.

There were a number of lightbulbs out, but I reported this when we were leaving to the agency and they replied to say they had fixed this and another minor issue. We found some hairs on the bathroom floor and had to wash a few dishes prior to using them.

The house is a nice, cosy place as described. Good base if doing Mt Cook experiences as it's much cheaper.

Doesn't have a dryer - outside line or inside airer only.

Very handy location in Twizel. Beautifuly presented house, ideal for a few days stay.

Stayed as a couple so more then enough room for us. Large open living space with well equipped kitchen and log burner should you need. Other amenities such as iron available. Good outside space (if the weather holds) with plenty of seating. Private parking and only short walk to town centre restaurants/shops.

Nice house to stay.

Some areas in kitchen are not so clean. But the host company still charges the extra clean fee.

Lovely location. Very cute 3-bedroom little ski lodge, which seems to be quite new. It was a delight. Nice big bathroom, washing machine, great verandah and big fully functional kitchen with all the equipment needed to cook a meal and clean up afterwards (yes there is a dishwasher).

Nothing to speak of.

it was extremely dusty - our whole group was sneezing the whole time during our stay. the whole place needs a spring clean. the aircon doesnt work properly.
