Clean, nice n warm house. Really love it.

The room rate was not clearly shown on booking! The cleaning and card fees were hidden in term and conditions, which are normally only about cancellation, refund... This is unfair comparison with others and like a trap.

The location was great, in a nice quite area and everything was provided for within the house.

All good. Bit of confusion as to location as we thought number 1 was on the corner, however it's the next property. Number on letterbox could be more prominent, only a minor point.

The house was spacious and had numerous beds. It was great for our toddler! Great location. Good amenities.

The trash situation was interesting. We are used to sorting our recycling, green waste, and trash at home. At this property, we were expected to do the same but we did not find any bins or bags inside. We could have just missed them but felt like they would be easily accessible and visible if the host wanted the trash sorted. It was also warm inside. We tried to get the ac going without any luck. Dishes were available (good variety for cooking), but most were dirty and needed to be washed before using.

Water was off InTown ,but I owner didn’t inform us before hand ,instead had to ring around to find out why. The step to front door to high for people with mobility issues. The late afternoon sun through the top windows made sitting on couch impossible.

Very comfortable and clean house. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. The managers did a great job communicating with us. There were only 2 of us, but this would be great for families with 3 bedrooms. We appreciated the use of the washing machine and drying rack.
