house is middle of nowhere in-between farms. was snowing got snowed in. I would never go with a normal car there you need a 4x wheel drive SUV type in winter unsure how it is in summer. But don't risk it with a simple hatchback or sedane. I had a Nissan Xtrail and I was worried with all the snow. House is modern and spacious you have a lot of rooms bathrooms and spa.

Some issues around the spa temperature was a bit of a problem for the first 2 nights but was the cleaners not leaving it covered to heat up the water. for the last 2 days was amazing. Get food drinks everything you need for the the night your an hour away from Wanaka
