The private pool is amazing and the place was quiet and calm. We didn't get a chance to meet the owner but there was milk, tea, and coffee for us and lots of cold water in the fridge. The distance from the town was not really a problem, and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook.

The ceiling fans don't cool the room, and as the property is farther from the coast, there is no breeze so the bedroom is absolutely roasting at night. On one night when the power cut out, the fan also stopped and wasn't hooked up to a backup generator. We didn't sleep at all during those two nights, even with the windows open.

I loved the the set up of the house and obviously the private pool.

1. I didn't like that the house has no TV. 2. I didn't like that the outside cushions were quite dirty. They changed from a nude-ish color to a more brown color. The chair's fabric were also dirty. 3. I also didn't like the fact that a staff was sent over to our house to ask us to lower our voices. I mean,we're on vacation and we wanted to have fun. It felt a lot like we were being policed. 4.The air bnb charges for ironing clothes. Other bnbs freely provide ironboxes. 5. I didn't like that there was no hair dryer which I think is essential considering there's a private pool,so there's going to be a lot of swimming.

Amazing house, the pool was perfect, just lovely.

Beautiful place, quiet, like a small paradise. Friendly staff. Around 20 minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Garoda, where u don't have such big tides. So u can swim from morning to the sunset. The house is big, super clean and comfortable. 3 lovely dogs of the owner made our stay even better. The pool is cleaned every morning. So after all day in the beach , evening swimming in the pool is a blessing. Always hot and cold water in the shower. Equipped kitchen. Good WiFi, but I anyway suggest everyone to buy a local SIM. Area is very green.Safe and quite around. Veggies and fruits u can buy from locals not far from the house. Good quality and cheap prices. As it was hot in January and humid we always took a motorbike to go to and from the beach and around the area. It's cool and I would say a safe way to explore. In case u will need a contact call Ya 0712 021250. He is a trustworthy and kind person, who is always available with his motorbike. As well u can use tuk tuk, contacts u Will find in info paper in the house. Jane is lovely, and gave us good tips about the area. We felt like home away from home. And now being back home we miss a lot Kenya and the house.

Absolutely stunning apartment with a private pool and outdoor seating, and easy enough walk to the beach. Felt secure and safe as a solo woman. Nice kitchen, tea and coffee, they do laundry, lots of guidance on local things to go and a suggested breakfast delivery place that I used a few times, everything you could need really!

Location is a little far from stuff maybe but it's an easy tuktuk or boda ride into town. The only thing that could possibly be improved upon was I found the mattress quite hard, but I still slept fine

The privacy and calmness.The pool was my favourite part.

Pool wurde während des Aufenthaltes trüb, aber gesundheitlich unbedenklich- ein eigener Köcher wäre super um vor jedem Baden den groben Schmutz zu entfernen Wifi manchmal instabil

Everything. It is more than i was expecting. Nice large rooms, Private and cosy.

It is cooled with ceiling fans in every room and terras. It is ok but a airconditioning in the sleepingroom would be nice
