Great views and great location

great location with a lot of stairs as promised. We loved being on the hill between the marina and the main beach, close to everything we wanted to see. The view from the open air living room is fantastic and serene.

I wish there was direct access to the beach from the property. The ocean was right there but you had to go all the way up to go down to the beach.

It’s important to read all of the reviews prior to arrival. We figured out the location from the reviews and luckily, came across the cleaning staff prepping the unit. We showed them evidence of our rental and the unit was transferred to us when they were done There was no communication from Maria but we made a smooth checkin anyway.

There are small, inexpensive things that could be done in the kitchen to church it up a bit. But on the flip side, it’s a good deal for 2 couples. The checkin time could be lined up with the water taxi schedule and recommendations made. A bit more explainer on the unit itself would be good ( we discovered some coffee etc about 2 days into the stay).

The location is what sold me on this property. The view and the sound of the ocean waves were phenomenal. We lived being so close to the “playa”. The beds and towels were comfortable and soft. And it was nice having a kitchen stoked with supplies to prepare meals.

Everything was amazing. One of the best places I have stayed EVER! I hope to go back here one day. Great experience.

The location is breath taking, directly above the ocean with amazing views of the beach, the river and the mountains. The sound of the waves, especially first thing in the morning was increbidle. The house has two large bedrooms, both with super views, and a well supplied kitchen if you wish to cook. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and the shower had plenty of hot water. The living, dining area is super comfortable and the hammock was a real bonus. The internet signal is very strong if that is important to you. Below the house is another area where you can sit, or sunbathe if that is your thing.

Absolutely beautiful location right above the ocean, just a quick walk to the beach or into the little town. The rental Was even nicer than in the photos.
