Crystal Lodge with Hot Tub

Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms

Lack of utensils in the kitchen,we were their for Xmas day and there were no Tupperware bowls,all the knifes were blunt,the worktops had been painted in black gloss so couldn’t be wiped down properly as all you did was move the mess around the worktop. When we arrived the living room spot lights didn’t work and neither did the lights on the outside of the fossit,turns out that the breaker kept tripping if you tried to put them on,this meant that when we were going in the hot tub at night it was pitch black as these didn’t work.The decking needs upgrading as when you walk on it it’s bows in a few places. We reported the light issue to the guy on site,was told he would come on Boxing Day to sort it snd that’s the last we saw of him before our check out dat

Lovely and clean, no hassle with the booking, getting the keys was effortless, lovely and warm and cosy. Will definitely be re booking.
