Crystal Lodge with Hot Tub

Gorgeous 4 night stay at the Crystal Lodge (family of 4) having the luxury of the hot tub was bliss for the kids, generous sized rooms, comfy beds! Easy check in and out. we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come again.

A few minor issues that were resolved quickly and efficiently

Didnt see any staff, so couldnt rate the staff question really. The site was really nice and the lodge was fantastic.

The lay out was lovely, 5 adults stayed there very comfortably. Plenty of outdoor furniture too. Well equipped.

What a fantastic place to stay! We went for my Hen do and it was stunning. Everything was clean and tidy, the neighbours were all so friendly, the hot tub was phenomenal and it really was a beautiful place to stay. A special shout out to Michelle and Chris who manage the place. We had a broken tap that was supposed to be fixed before we came but couldn't be fixed and to give apologies, Michelle brought around champagne and arranged a late checkout for us. They were so kind and it really made the stay that much better. Would absolutely have another weekend away there. Definitely recommend 👌

The lodge was beautiful Well maintained

Slight leak on bathroom tap which told the staff

The fact the hot tub was cold when I got there, the patio furniture was damaged and we had power cuts the first night as something on the park was tripping.

There was not enough water in the hot tub had to go to reception

Loved the lodge very spacious and in a quiet and chilled out location very central for the places we wanted to visit .

Only a couple of wee niggles five booked into lodge but only enough towels for 4 people also could have done with hot tub being topped up and treated with in our stay .
