"Logement au top pour visite de Matera"

Appartement idéalement bien situé à 10 mn max à pied des sassis de Matera . Appartement extrement propre avec parking . Le propriétaire est d’une gentillesse et bienveillance . Nous avions pour le petit déjeuné des fruits yaourts lait gâteaux café rien à redire . Et le frigo rempli de bouteilles d’eau . Je recommande vraiement ce logement . Le plus le propriétaire parle très bien le français et nous a donné beaucoup d’explication sur Matera avec un parcours de visites et adresses de restaurants .

Accueil chaleureux en français par le propriétaire qui montre les commodités de l’appartement ainsi que d’amples informations sur les visites, les restaurants. L’appartement est très calme, confortable, non loin du centre historique (15 minutes à pied) et jouit d’un parking privatif.

"Wunderbare Stadt, schöne Unterkunft, netter Vermieter, tolles Erlebnis!"

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden. Mitten im italienischen Leben, trotzdem relativ ruhig. 😉 Privatparkplatz.

Die Unterkunft ist makellos, einzig die Entfernung zum historischen Zentrum ist für Fußkranke ziemlich weit, ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben hilfreiche Informationen zu Matera erhalten. Es standen Espresso, Süssigkeiten, Obst, Milch und Mineralwasser für uns bereit. Die Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoss ist sauber, praktisch eingerichtet, gut gelegen und zu Fuss ca. 1 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen.

"Utrolig behagelig og hjælpsom vært. Rent og rummelig lejlighed med en fin taresse."

Det er en lejlighed i et helt almindeligt lejlighedskompleks. Hyggeligt og lækkert. Der ligger en super vinhandel på den anden side af gaden med Vine fra Matera. Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt, men der var et bredt udvalg af lidt forskelligt man kunne spise.

Billederne på Booking. com er ikke retvisende i forhold til placeringen. lejligheden ligger 20 minutters gang fra den gamle bydel, men billederne giver indtryk af at man nærmest bor i den gamle bydel.
