Great house great location

The property and it's location were perfect for us (5 "girls" meeting up). Plenty of parking spaces right outside; 5 comfy bedrooms and lots of inside and outside seating; a bedroom each; beautiful walks to do nearby. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need and there were even bags of ice in the freezer. The two local pubs were in easy walking distance (short cut across field at the back to The Gate Inn). The property owner kindly came over to help us find the new wifi code, which is now written inside the visitors book.

It was all super, but it's worth knowing that the boiler for the large downstairs shower is in a cupboard in the upstairs twin bedroom at the back of the house. The boiler is noisy so if someone is sleeping in that room it's kinder not to shower downstairs too early!

Tastefully furnished, spacious cottage located at the top of a hill with beautiful rural views. The cottage is very quiet, but there are a couple of pubs within walking distance and Matlock is just a short drive away. Everything we needed was provided. A relaxing break.

A very large spacious house Ideal for a large family it was my grandsons 3 rd birthday we had three children under 5 staying they loved the garden .The house was well equipped with everything you might need.

I could not complain about anything

Very spacious - good for big families. Great location - very close to Matlock. Recommend the Gate Inn pub in the village.

A beautiful, spacious and peaceful cottage in a good location for exploring the area. It is very well-equipped with great decor. A lovely cottage for our family get together.
