Orchard Cottage 5 bedrooms

Size of property, milk left in fridge on arrival, parking.

no shower atatchment on on-suite bath.

The only thing we all found difficult was the lack of fridge space. One small fridge is not enough for a cottage for 8. I suggest it would be good to add a big American fridge or use a couple of the spare cupboards for more fridges.

Spacious, well equipped. Good location.

Everything! The house was beautifully furnished with plenty of facilities. It was spacious, homely and modern. The owner has put a lot of care and attention into making the house an enjoyable place to stay in. She was extremely helpful with suggestions and advice and communication was excellent.

We loved it all so no comment here.

Absolutely amazing property. Had everything and more that we needed. Beds were comfortable. Walking distance to Matlock (about a mile) two local pubs were very nice too.

Perfect house for a family get together. Spacious, very clean, lovely furnishings, comfy beds. Local pub the gate had fantastic food.

Cottage was really comfortable great open kitchen and large dining area and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom facilities plentiful.

The only thing which could be improved. Theres just a small under counter fridge which for a family of 8 wasnt enough space for all the food we had brought with us. Great separate freezer space though.
