"Really enjoyed staying at the cottage and was a perfect base for exploring the Borders."

Location was fine and a nice walk into Melrose. Parking was easy. Very comfortable and homely , tastefully decorated and had everything you needed. Would definitely use again if in the area.

Providing a map and leaflets on the area and a description/map of walk into Melrose would be useful. During the week, there was a lot of 'commuter' traffic passing by the cottage from about 6am. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem.

Very comfy little place. God location. Nice walk into Melrose and an easy drive. Mattress was excellent. Sitting room very comfy. Big kitchen too.

Well presented and well equipped. Easy entry via lockbox. Lovely area, with a walk over the bridge and into Melrose to see the Abbey and town offerings.

Clean everything needed in kitchen such as plates, mugs and quality cleaning up equipment. Bathroom lovely and clean aswell the lounge/living room. The whole house was clean and would highly recommend especially for families with young children almost felt like being at home. I would definitely book this again. The owner of property was fantastic at communicating and very pleasant and helpful as we were travelling from West Yorkshire and wanted to check in 1 hour early.
