Great location and very quiet, easy walk into Melrose. Very comfortable and clean cottage, perfect for our short break wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely use again if returning to Borders

Beautiful house, equipped with everything we needed, spotless, quality mattresses and linen, super comfortable. Appreciated the fan in the bedroom, the bathroom and shower was lovely. We were looking forward to a bath, which is now removed for a fabulous walk in shower, so we weren't bothered about not having a bath at all. We loved it.
