"Would definitely use again!"

Location for everything in town is excellent. Great to walk to restaurants and bars from the door. Decent decor, lovely and clean and despite being near the main road really quiet too. TryOlive & Co and The Market Place to eat - plus The Courtyard in Pegswood. All have great food. The owner gave us a late check out for free and a 10% discount which was all very much appreciated! A great place to stay for a few days to get to know a lovely little market town.

The parking is a pain precisely because of its excellent centre of town location but it is doable so don’t be put off!

"Top end photos but not sure it captures the rooms"

1. Central location in Morpeth town with car parking badge for guests

1. The rooms are much smaller than what is shown on the photographs. Really the term “wide angle” should be used. Somewhat misleading. 2. Given the high price, would like to see fire logs and welcome basket provided. Often the case for other stays at the price point. Feels a little tight there. 3. The downstairs living room and kitchen lights did not work because the fuse board kept tripping out. Needs looking into given that this is a fire hazard.

The location was perfect for our interests: near good restaurants, and easy access to area attractions. It is a quiet place considering it is just off the centre of town.

Central location

Second bedroom is too small with no room to dress, no mirror, no facilities to dry hair etc. We were attending a wedding which meant we had to share the other bedroom with our friends. Also the bath in the bedroom on the raised plinth was a trip hazard

Location perfect for our needs: quiet, excellent access to town centre shops, cafes & restaurants (all within walking distance). Perfect base for touring. Easy parking. Accommodation spotless well-equipped and comfortable.

Small second bedroom. Bunk bed with double-size lower bunk perhaps fine for short stay but might be a bit cramped for any more than two or three nights, especially if all three beds occupied.
