The location in a quiet neighbourhood with fabulous views and close to a good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.

We knew the apartment was up some stairs but didn’t realise it was a spiral staircase which was difficult to navigate with a suitcase.

Nydelig sted med fantastisk utsikt og kort vei til alle de koselige restaurantene i Perdika. Fikk utrolig god hjelp av Stella som ordnet transport og alt vi trengte. Vi kommer tilbake!

You open the window for a great sea view. The apartment is well maintained, the owners are super nice and helpful. The location is a two away from a beautiful beach and 3 minutes away from the taverns and shops. Great stay

Killer views, modern apartment, amazing location. Our family of four stayed here for two nights first week of July and loved it so much we forfeited one night in Athens to stay here one more night. This place is simply put - Amazing! The apartment is spacious with ice cold A/C, full kitchen which we used a lot, and a fantastic waterfront patio where we sat and watched the sunset every evening with a glass of wine. A block away is a hidden swimming beach and also a dozen restaurants (our favorites were Antonis and Remetzo). The host Stella is very responsive and welcomed us with a small basket of snacks.
