Perdika Sea Soul

The apartment is attractive and has stunning views from terraces on each side and is on a very quiet road with almost no traffic. It is comfortably furnished, very clean and very well equipped, with a good sized kitchen and living space and spacious bedrooms. The location is wonderful - Perdika is much more peaceful than Aegina town but has lovely restaurants and bars on the harbour, as well as a couple of well stocked supermarkets and a great bakery. It is just a beautiful and serene place and the apartment is perfectly positioned within it. Stella was very helpful and communication was excellent. We were unable to drive whilst there but Stella gave us the contact for a great taxi driver and we had no problems getting around the island. We would very happily stay there again!

The location was ideal. Walking distance to the best restaurants, the beach, a grocery store, etc. The place was clean and comfortable. The view from the front and back patios was lovely. The beds are very comfortable.

I really had NO complaints but it has to be said that on Sunday morning the church across the street does make quite a lot of noise — a couple hours of bells and chanting. We found it more entertaining than annoying.

Easy to book, Easy to get keys, Easy to find, Easy to use. Great value for the price. Great location, could see the ocean, and the sun set. 5 min walk to the restaurants. AC in every bedroom, and living room.

Our stay at Perdika Sea Soul was wonderful. It's right next to the sea and the views are spectacular from both balconies. It's within 5 min walking distance to the marina where you can find a lot of very good restaurants, cafes and bars. From the marina it's easy to take a water taxi (6eur two way trip) to the nearby island of Moni where you can find some amazing beaches with peacocks and deer (do not get too close to the deer). In Perdika you can also find a well stocked grocery store, 24h bike rental and pistachio shop which are also very close (10 min walking) The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Communication with the host was very good.

We had no problems. Everything was lovely

The location was excellent, we had a stunning sea view from the balconies and the bedrooms. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and the beds were very comfortable- we appreciated the welcome pack of coffee, tea, jams etc. Lots of lovely tavernas and cafes are a few minutes walk away and you can swim in the sea right next to the property.

There wasn’t anything to dislike!

Perdika is a great village destination. Close to Aegina Town it has several excellent restaurants by the water . The comfortable apartment was only 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and cafes . The position of the apartment is wonderful with great sea views . The access to the apartment is via an external spiral staircase so anyone with limited mobility or very large luggage may find this difficult but the photos show the stairs very clearly . We would stay here again .
