Todo muy bien . La casa tenía de todo. Desayuno espectacular. La anfitriona , Paola , súper amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo .

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Its location was excellent, just outside the sassi. Parking was right out front.

Struttura carina e confortevole, situata in ottima posizione a 5 minuti di cammino dalla zona dei Sassi. Buona anche la colazione con prodotti di qualità. E non problematico il parcheggio dell’auto nonostante fosse il Sabato sera 16 Agosto. La Signora Paola è stata davvero accogliente mettendoci a nostro pieno agio e regalandoci alla partenza il buon pane locale.

Non possiamo riferire dí aspetti negativi.

Nos recibió Paola. Muy coqueta y amable. Nos trajo una focaccia de Matera para recibirnos y nos esperaba con muchas cosas ricas en dpto: frutas, café, leche, masas, jugo, cervezas, agua, yogures,…. Super completo. El departamento muy cómodo y todo impecable, con todo lo necesario para una agradable estadía. La ubicación es muy excelente. Estacionamos nuestro auto frente al dpto y recorrimos Matera de a pie. Todo cerca. Matera es una ciudad encantadora, con mucha historia. Tiene mucho para vivir y descubrir. Un destino imperdible!!! Paola nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et professionnalisme, l’appartement correspondait parfaitement à notre attente Il est très bien situé à 5 minutes du centre historique et des commerces et très bien équipé Paola nous a offert une focaccia à notre arrivée cette attention est vraiment unique elle est une hôte merveilleuse Je recommande ce lieu

It was well laid out. It was very clean. It was in a central location with street parking. Paolo left us fruit, yoghurt, drinks and snacks.

Everything was great! The guest house was very pleasant and comfortable. The host was lovely and even welcomed us with a complimentary treat upon arrival. There were also delicious breakfast delicacies, a wonderful stay overall!

Location is just 500m walking distance from the touristic area (Sassi di Matera). However the apartment is in a very quite area despite the proximity with touristic area, which is a plus. Owners are very welcoming and saved the parking spot in advance 20m from the apartment wich was important for us with a baby stroller and luggage. They had provided some local food to welcome us. In the apartment there were fruits, watee, coffe, tea, croissants, yogurt etc wich were supposed for breakfast but being there on the arrival created such a your home vibe. The apartment it self is spacious and convenient for family with all amenities necessary.

Everything was fine and good, but i would suggest to have a pairs of slippers :)
