Sentire parlare nitidamente i vicini divisi dal nostro appartamento soltanto da una porta, quindi, anche di notte, impossibile riposare normalmente, poichè era come averli in casa.

Rumorosità. Praticamente è separata dall'appartamento affianco solo da una porta scorrevole,si sente anche come respirano i vicini. Alle tre di notte, al piano di sopra sembrava ci fossero i cavalli.

Very disappointing stay – would not recommend The most serious issue is that this is not a two-bedroom apartment as advertised. In reality, it is just one open walk-through space: you have to pass through both “rooms” to get from the entrance to the bathroom, and there are no doors at all, meaning there is absolutely no privacy. Second, the apartment was extremely cold, damp, and dark. When we arrived, it had clearly not been heated. The first night I had to sleep in a jacket, and so did my child. The next day I developed a sore throat. There is almost no natural light, and the windows are very small and covered, which makes the place feel even colder and more uncomfortable. Third, there is mold in the shower, on both the ceiling and the upper parts of the walls, which is completely unacceptable. The furniture is in very poor condition: many items are broken, the bed is extremely squeaky, and overall it feels like the apartment is filled with random, old, and damaged items just to make it appear furnished. The kitchen is also poorly equipped. There is no kettle and no basic utensils for simple cooking—only oversized pots and pans that are impractical for such a small apartment. Another major issue is the extremely poor sound insulation. You can hear everything from the neighboring apartment—people talking, arguing, walking, and closing doors. It feels like the units are separated by just a single door, making it impossible to rest properly. Overall, the apartment is uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and misleadingly advertised. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Molta muffa intorno alla porta di ingresso, pareti con intonaco che si stava staccando per colpa dell’umidità. Lo scuro della finestra era difficile da chiudere, mi sono svegliata per colpa della luce e dei rumori in strada che sembravano fossero affianco a me.
