"Great location and lovely sized house"

Location and size of house was perfect for our family

It was a cold weekend and the heat pump had to work hard. It would have been ideal to have some more grunty heaters in the house.

The house ,the spaciousness,the location was just perfect . The electric blankets were so much appreciated as it was really cold in Roturua overnight.The grandkids lived the toys and backyard

House was spacious and clean. Central to many activities. Neighborhood looks quiet and safe.

Oven door doesn't seal so it loses heat while cooking. TV is mounted too low to the floor.

The location was nice and the house facilities were quite adequate

The entire house is dated and not well maintained at all. For the price you'd expect more than what's there. Nevertheless we had a good time by overlooking the flaws. Also the response with directions to check in arrived quite late
