Great size with 4 double bedrooms for ourselves and our adult children. Great location for a wedding nearby and the beautiful redwood forest. Lovely quiet neighbourhood.

Location was very good.

The property price vs the value offered was very disappointing. Major maintenance and tidying up is required - the old hot tub area is awful, walls need to be painted, lounge furniture renewed, hanging ceiling in main bedroom repaired, bathrooms upgraded and general modernisation - are a few examples. The location and area were very good.

Nice house in a handy location. Clean, spacious, with good facilities.

We all arrived after dark. It was challenging to know if we were at the correct property. A number 16 on the building would help. Also an outside sensor light over the door and lockbox would be veryuseful.

The location of the property. Quiet area, so no problem sleeping. Plenty of beds and space in the house for our family group of nine.

Some repairs/maintenance need doing eg. downstairs shower door doesn't close properly. Need to tidy up the unused spa area or put up a curtain or window film, so you don't have to look at that area when using that bathroom. That's the only part of the house that lets it down. TV would be better located on the wall above fireplace instead of near the floor.

Good location and spacious.

Shower facilities were not great. Hard to control water temperature and there was a constant musty smell. It would also be great if the kitchen was stocked with gladwrap and tinfoil. And oven trays that actually fit inside the oven.

The comment from your end maybe the cleaner/caretaker as i would say is too much exaggerated, it was mentioned that pee scattered in the toilet area especially toilet basket and the toilet rolls was wet. We are all adults and the youngest is 14 & 15 years old both female, how come the pee scattered in the toilet area and we've cleaned the area premises before we leave. I would suggest that the inspection on the property to be done few minutes before the guest is leaving to avoid issue of disagreement
