Robins Nest

A fantastic location just a five minute drive out of Russell in a quiet pocket close to two really lovely beaches. The apartment is modern, spacious and bright. Large bathroom with big walk in shower. Kitchen very functional and everything needed to prepare a meal. Good supply of glasses and crockery. Good coffee machine with coffee pods supplied. Sea views from the deck and dining room. A five minute stroll to large sandy beach where you can swim and a one minute walk to a Stoney beach. Beach towels supplied which was very welcome. There are walks direct from The property up to Tapeka Point to get amazing views and approx 45 minutes into Russell on a beautifully maintained and lovely shaded walk through the trees. Definitely worth a few days to relax and hike. Good supermarket in Russell and plenty of places for a drink or to eat. Could have easily stayed a second week. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Robins Nest was very well equipped, clean, with a great outdoor dining area and sea views.

Location to the town the beach

The location was beautiful with a lovely view. Hosts were kind and greeted us on arrival. The location was handy for us to head into Russell for dinner and activities. There’s also a short walk to the beach which we enjoyed!

Fabulous hosts - very friendly and supportive. Met us upon arrival. Helped us with parking the car. It is a great quiet location with an excellent internal and external layout. Fabulous terrace in front of the house. Well insulated, very private, you can hear the kiwis at night. House is a very modern build to a high spec. Feels very relaxing and well laid out.

Need to be aware of the steep driveway and where to park upfront. The hosts managed the situation fabulously, so it wasn't an issue.

Host were very friendly and place was comfortable to be in
