"Exceptional house in Santana"

The house is very well equipped. It is also decorated nicely. It is super clean, the view is very nice and it is located in a quiet neighbourhood. There is plenty of parking space, the washing machine and dryer were also very handy - especially given the humid climate. The fireplace is a nice addition, and also the airconditioning throughout the house.

The house is a bit dark (lack of natural light) and it can get a little cold.

Das schöne Apartment befindet in einer ruhigen Lage mit Blick ins grüne. Was man hört ist das Plätschern vom etwas tiefer gelegenen Bach und Vogelgezwitscher. 😊 Zélia hat mich sehr freundlich begrüßt und alles erklärt. Ein paar Tage später habe ich Miguel, den Eigentümer kennengelernt, ein sehr freundlicher, kommunikativer Mann, der mir gute Tipps zu Besichtigungen gegeben hat 👍

A tranquilidade e equipamentos disponíveis.

A porta ser de vidro faz com que entre muita luz direta para a cama e existem problemas de insetos (formigas e aranhas) pela casa, reparei que foi tentado reparar a por um papel no canto da porta mas não resolve.

the location was great, it is a great spot for hikes in the North. the Fireplace is really charming, and really usefull on the cold evenings. the host was great, super easy to communicate with

The house was a bit damp. The air conditioning in the bedroom was not working, so it ended up a bit cold (we were there during some rainy days, which did not help).
