Serenity "your calm seafront retreat" By Air Premier

Easy, simple access and depart. Lovely place shame we were here for work. Great kitchen with all the facilities you need, fantastic view, great wifi, twin type shower wet room. Would definitely come back.

Not the cheapest but then again not the cheapest of facilities or location.

The beach location is amazing. View from bedroom. Sunsets. Milk in the fridge,teabags,soap etc. Clean and welcoming

Lack of instructions for house, heating etc.

Lovely house, beautiful bathroom.Excellent shower and bath and awesome sea views.Will definitely book again.Highly recommend this stunning property and location.

Having to leave.

Loved the position right on the seafront with balcony and ceiling fan in one bedroom being definite plus points. Great to have private parking as well. Good size kitchen well fitted out and nice decor throughout. Add comfy beds and a good shower which makes for a great stay. Peaceful location but near enough to larger towns such as Brighton and Eastbourne and for exploring the beautiful south downs. All in all a lovely place to stay. Very peaceful. Seaford has not been over commercialised and yet has everything you could want from a holiday with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Also pleasantly surprised to see free parking on the road. I would definitely recommend this holiday let to anyone.

Some cleaning issues found ie. The stair hand rails were dirty also the doors around the handles needed cleaning. Lots of black greasy hand marks on them. I wiped the stair handrails myself but they do need a good scrub. The sink in the bathroom is very slow to drain and the tap seems a little short over the sink consequently the water runs all over the back of the sink and onto the floor whilst trying to wash your hands. Toilet cistern appears loose. We also woke one morning after a night of rain to find a pool of water by the door in the kitchen, perhaps a new threshold strip is required plus maybe a storm guard to alleviate this.
