"Lovely place. Just needs a revamp and I would definitely be back"

Very nice location. Nice sized rooms

Garden could do with a revamp. Decking very shabby. Oven dirty dishes in drawer below hob. Dirty pots and utensils could be replaced as very old. Cupboards dirty and out of date flour and other items generally needed a good clean. Floors had dog hair and dusty. It felt like no one had been in to clean. Lovely big bath shower a let down as poor drainage water reaching the door.

"Pleasant comfortable house with sea views and easy walk to town"

Property was next to the beach with a view of the sea, easy walk into town. It was very comfortable and convenient for Glyndebourne

The bedroom only had net curtains so the morning light was a problem Some work was needed to clean inside cupboards.
