Everything was wonderful, clean and tasteful. The futon in the living room was very uncomfortable, and my poor sister didn't sleep at all because it was so uncomfortable. Definitely needs to be upgraded.

"Modern and Cute"

Full kitchen - modern and beautiful. Lots of light in the kitchen area. Both rooms had lots of closet space and hangers included. Large blankets were included for extra warmth or for sofa bed. Beds were very comfy and they had a nice down comforter on each. Lighting brightened up the rooms since they had smaller windows. Bathroom was large and modern as well. Host left chocolate, toiletries, umbrellas, etc. for use. Driveway was right next to unit so we can keep an eye on car. Neighborhood was silent at night and very walkable. We did a few mile hike in the morning and got breakfast and coffee. Short drive to Seattle on the weekend, took about 15 mins. We did not want to stay downtown so this University district was perfect. Homes were lovely. Never used: TV, Stove, Oven, Yard (it looked cute)

The only thing was that the shower/tub drained slowly. Maybe update living room furniture but for the length of stay - it was not a bother. One of the chairs was a little small for my curves.

the house is clean and modern

The only problem I have with my stay was the noise. we are the basement unit so the family that stay above us was very loud. my brother stayed at the house and I went to stay with my aunt at UW hospital because she’s on comfort care. We checked in around 7 pm the go straight to the hospital. then I took my brother back to the house around 10 pm and I went back to stay with my aunt. when I came back around 8 in the morning I was hoping to get some sleep but the family on the above unit was extremely loud so I hardly get any sleep at all. if it weren’t for that my stay would have been perfect. so when you book this place, may sure you get the upstairs unit.

"Very nice apartment in a great neighborhood with responsive hosts."

The home is very updated and clean, everything labeled and easy to use. It’s in a really nice neighborhood, easy walk to UW campus and restaurants etc.

The floor is a little cold, but every room has a thermostat so easy to control the temperature. I wish I had packed my slippers!
