Cute space, very comfortable

The family upstairs woke us up every morning running around and talking- no soundproofing between us and them. Door instructions were not terribly clear especially in the dark.

This place was absolutely beautiful! A perfect place to stay in seattle, very close to downtown seattle for the space needle etc, it was comfortable, talking to the owner was really easy and simple, couldn't ask for a better place, this was excellent!

Beautiful & clean house. Easy & smooth check in & out. David & Tracy went for details to make sure that our stay is comfortable Facilities are great: washer & dryer, kitchen appliances, soap, shampoo & conditioner, towels, etc & has umbrellas too. Location is good, short drive to pier, university, university village & down town. Highly recommended!

The back alley for parking is quite narrow but drive-able. Can hear.people walking on upper floor, the house is in semi- basement. No Aircon (but didn't feel warm at all in July)

The place was clean, the decorations were nice, the location was also nice.
