Plenty of space, great value for money and in a great location, well equipped kitchen, it was perfect for a friend's meetup

Lovely location and staff very welcoming. Good size for a family gathering

Bit jaded around the edges and had a funny smell. Had to open all of the windows on arrival. Bit short on some items such as sleeps 8 but only 6 wine glasses etc.

The cottage is delightful. Very well equipped and in beautiful countryside. We did not speak to any staff however the communication i received through email via booking.com regarding our stay was clear and informative. We could not fault anything during our weekend away and we will definitely stay again.

Stunning welcome basket!! Really nice touch & enjoyed by all, thank you very much. The cottage was good value for money & perfect for staying together as a family .

Please note the village pub has now closed down . *Would recommend adding black out curtains or blinds to the bedroom windows , as the current wooden ones mean you wake up early. Need bigger duvets for comfort, at home we always use a King size on a double bed . Mattresses need updating too, the one we slept on was pretty basic , not comfy. Just tweaks needed here & there to make it a top notch stay. *Unless you've stayed in it yourself as owners, you don't notice these things? Adding an Alexa at some point would be awesome, we missed ours from home 😆

The bathrooms were very spacious. The cottage was very well heated. The Christmas tree glowing as we arrived was a lovely touch. Very spacious rooms and great lay out. The welcome pack including fresh milk and eggs was very thoughtful and appreciated.
