Heerlijk huis, heel schoon en pas 3 jaar geleden gerenoveerd, dus alles nieuw. Fijne kamers, bedden prima.

In huis zijn er verschillende trapjes, dus je moet wel goed ter been zijn. Valt niet tegen, maar je moet erop bedacht zijn.

Kind welcoming hosts, lovely cottage, everything we needed , little add one such as cereal and biscuits - much appreciated! Lovely little outside area. Very convenient for Premier shop , pub and easy parking at property .

Bit far from beach / estuary ... we thought it was closer . Thought the view in the picture was from the house - but we loved every minute of our stay .

Very very spacious for a quaint property in this location. Very well equipped with beach provisions, laundry facilities, cooking equipment. Well stocked with extras like ample toilet rolls, cleaning products, shampoo etc. Property was spotlessly clean on our arrival, it felt like a new home! Off street parking on driveway close to the access door was a huge bonus as well for this location. Local facilities were great - shop, pub, beach, cafe all in east walking distance. The local bus service to Plymouth ran on time as well! 😄

Single bedrooms would benefit from new beds, mattresses and duvets- fine for our children, but as adults would be a problem. As a family with 3 young children, having a second room upstairs with a twin, double, or a camp bed option would allow all of us to sleep upstairs. Current set up would be fine when our kids are older. Ceiling heights are fine for average people like me, but did still keep hitting my head on the frilly pendant light fittings! A simple change to a flush fitting would solve this for the majority of guests 😉.

Really lovely cottage with everything you could possibly need and a great bonus to find very generous milk, tea, coffee, biscuits etc waiting for us on arrival. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The location is great for beaches and the SW coastal path as well as within easy reach of Plymouth by car or bus. Highly recommended!

We loved the space in this cottage , and the outside area plenty of seats .

Rooms were spacious and the living room was comfortable. Family friendly.The kitchen was well equipped.The host provided lovely coffee, milk and breakfast cereal for us. And lovely biscuits. We were pleased with our choice of accommodation. The outside area looked lovely, unfortunately we were not able to use it as the weather asnt great. But it certainly looked inviting. The location is good as has easy access to most places.

Probably not for tall people. ;-) Unfortunately the road is very busy.
