From start to finish, the host was exceptionally welcoming and the secluded location of this cottage was ideal.

Not much not to like. Its a complete package for a few nights or week away.

Our host met us on arrival and had put the fire on ready for us. She had provided some provisions to welcome us; bread, butter, milk, mince pies (it was xmas) eggs, and coffee and tea, as well as a bottle of wine and some nibbles - so all we needed to settle in and for our first breakfast. This was great! many thanks! She recommended a good local pub for an easy meal on arrival and gave us privacy for a quiet stay. There were ample logs for the fire, included in the rental. The building was cosy and kept warm in the stormy weather. It was an ideal stay for a relaxing winter retreat.

Wonderful hosts Jenni and Graham were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful to our family's needs. Really genuine and kind people. Gave us Lots of sightseeing advice and tips. A real personal service. Nothing was too much trouble Lovely arriving to a lit fire and a locally sourced welcome pack of milk, cake, fresh bread and cornish butter was so comforting after a long journey. Fresh cut Roses in every room is a beautiful touch. Cosy beds with crisp bed linen. Absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. Bose radio in lounge. Interactive streamed television (Inc. Netflix) Beautifully decorated, clean and fresh look. Environmentally friendly cleaning products supplied throughout the home. Fire wood supplied. Reading materials and boardgames for cosy nights by the fire. On site parking. En suite bathrooms. Heated Towel rails were great. Even the loo roll is 100% recycled and helps humanity too! Lots of towels supplied. This property Is well thought out/ luxurious and just has a little something extra to it that no property has given us before. It really is a home from home! I had a little cry when we left Rosecott as our holiday had been fabulous. We really want to go back again one day.

Leaving was very sad.

We spent a relaxing week in this wonderful cottage near St. Ives. It's a very quiet spot, surrounded by fields. The cottage is very well equipped, in the kitchen is everything that's needed. When we arrived, our wonderful host Jenni had prepared some milk, butter, eggs and something sweet, that was great! She gave us all informations we needed, was always there when we had a question. For us it was a perfect stay, we can fully recommend Rosecott, we definitely want to come back!

Amazing stay in the Cornish countryside and only a short drive to St Ives or Penzance

Nothing, everything was fabulous

Everything! The perfect large cottage/house. Upstairs living area with 360 views. Cottage kept cool without needing the air conditioning. Parking for 2 cars, view, cleanliness, space, provisions, furnishings, kitchen appliances, the tranquility, garden, showers and bathrooms, wildlife like Rabbits, fox, birds of prey and the cows. Hosts very responsive and very helpful.

Sofas could be a little higher but that’s personal taste. Literally everything else would be exactly how I’d imagine the perfect house.

A wonderful cottage, probably the nicest place we have ever stayed. Location and building full of character but also ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay - beds, pillows, showers, kitchen facilities etc all top quality.

Very minor quibble but some information in the visitor folder on the heating system and recycling could be helpful. Our only real regret was not having enough time or suitable weather for any walks around the cottage, another reason to come back for another stay!
