"Batch with potential"

Good location. Great outlook. Peaceful.

This accommodation is not up to standard & poorly maintained. Linen, bedding old & worn. Black mould around shower base. Furniture old & decrepit. BBQ filthy. Where is the tennis court ? We could go on.

"Had not been cleaned on arrival"

Nice location and deck, scenic bedrooms

I booked this far in advance however when we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Beds were unmade and there was poop in the toilet. I quickly cleaned this as we needed to use it after a long drive. We were told to leave and return after 3:30pm. Shower was also just taped to the pole and would fall off. Place has such great potential and is lovely but needs a little maintenance. Was disappointed after paying over $800 to stay here, had a better experience at the holiday parks in the south island

"Comfy Batch in Te Anau"

It was close to the main part of Te Anau - several minutes drive. The cottage (batch) was comfortable and quiet and backs onto a small neighborhood park. The description and photos are accurate.

Beautiful garden, great location and nice house.

Tv didn't work, unclear instructions on a piece of paper. Stains on towels, not enough towels/ hand towels, mould in the shower
