Very central to where we wanted to be

Lovely location, nice and peaceful. The cottage was well equipped with comfortable beds and lovely soft bedding. A secured garden for the dog. Fabulous local pub serving great food just over the road.

The main sofa was a little uncomfortable!

Fabulous cottage with every facility in the perfect location for exploring the local area. Great to have a pub within walking distance and everything else was within an easy drive. All the rooms were exceptional - the bedrooms in particular were spacious and very comfortable with lovely linens. Lovely garden if only our weather had been nicer!

A lovely cottage for a self catering holiday,spotlessly clean,superb facilities,quality fixtures and fittings,Large bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds.We stayed in January and the heating was excellent ,lovely and warm throughout the property.Great location in a small village,parking for 2 cars adjacent to the cottage.Also convenient for the village pub which is close by

Perfect for family birthday celebration, nicely finished, comfy beds, yards to a good pub and close to Wells/North Norfolk coast villages such as Thornham, etc., 2 car spaces and able to park a third outside the Heritage centre when closed (or alternatively village hall car park was just around the corner).

No heating in downstairs cloaks, needs an extra chair in the lounge area if 6 people staying (as we had), no stand up shower in shared bathroom (only handheld over bath, was a separate full shower in en-suite however).
