Great location, enclosed private garden, 2 rooms with super kind beds - an absolute gem in Norfolk

Gardner did turn up at 9am ish unannounced which was a bit of a surprise, but finished up work quite quickly

Location was excellent. Cottage was spacious and comfortable. Area quiet and peaceful.

The batteries in the heating thermostat were dead and we had to contact owner to get them changed. One of the sinks in the bathroom didn't drain properly.

Love the garden, really safe for children and dogs to play. Large dining room, perfect for families. Bedrooms lovely and spacious also. Our second time staying!

Would be great if a second shower could be added to the main bathroom, it’s the only downside having only one shower with a large family.

The property was clean, well furnished and better than we were expecting. Beautifully presented and very spacious. It was a welcome surprise and there were some nice touches such as a welcome goodies. The host was friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend and would definitely stay again.
