no hot water, no blow dry, no comforter, no slippers, no hand soap, no shampoo, body soap, no nearest store, very hot because the a/c is only in the bedroom.

Checkin 2 hours before official time. The villa is huge with 3 floors and 3 bedrooms suitable for a big family or group of friends. For 2 people it's really big. You can choose any floor you want to stay. The caretaker of the villa is very accommodating and helpful. There is big kitchen and complete utensils for cooking and eating, so you can cook nice lunch/dinner. Big area for the parking inside. Security cameras are around the villa. Surrounding area is very safe and calm. You can freely wash your clothes ot the third floor and ot dries very fast. 10 minutes walk to boat ride to 100 islands.

No water in toilet sink. Shower is attached close to the WC without curtains. Drainage for the shower is not good. Applicable for the shower/toilet on the first floor.

It was really nice. The only thing is we lost water once in a while. The staff was very accommodating and very amiable to be with. Helped us with our breakfast, lunch and everything you can think of. I’ll recommend this place to my relatives n friends. Hope to see her again someday.

The host was a very friendly person and responded to our concerns.

1. Needed to be clean, from room to room to included common area, it was dirty. 2. The plumbing for taken a shower was a hit and miss on water. The Shower heads needs to be replaced does not spray properly out of the shower head. The bathroom toilet is about a foot away from the shower making the toilet all wet when you take a shower. Too small of a bathroom. No hot water when you take a shower. 3. One of the bathrooms upstairs the sink links from the bottom, needs repairs. 4. Has insects in house and cockroaches needs to be bug sprayed. 5. The way the pictures shows online has the house sitting on a beach. It is far away from the beach need to drive to the beach. 6. There was a lot of noise from the roosters outside the house day and night. Roosters around the house.

I like the most Kuya August the caretaker, he is so accommodating and having initiative to impress the guests.Thank you Kuya August...

The host helped us with check-in and show us the place.- is a small village with some facilities in the surroundings and the closest city is about 15-20 min. driving. You will find a good equipped house (amenities, kitchen utensils, etc). Kuya Augusto was really helpful guiding us and giving advices about to do.- he actually made the boat booking for our hundred island hop.

Some noise outside the house coming from some roster.- not a big problem according to our experience as long as you close the doors/windows. We were 8 pax and everybody slept well.
