Das Cottage ist einfach super für einen Kurzurlaub. Alles penibel sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Nicht zu vergessen der geniale Ausblick.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Skye Coorie Cabin. The cabin itself is extremely well appointed and comfortable and the location is stunning - peaceful with stunning views. The host couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful.

The location was excellent and the cabin was comfortable and well-equipped. Lori was very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate staying there again, if we’re ever back in Skye.

Lori und Ihre Familie sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber - das Tinyhouse ist sehr gemütlich, hat alles was man braucht und bietet einen zauberhaften Blick auf Berge und Gezeiten. Es ist sehr beruhigend, die dort lebende Tierwelt zu beobachten. Im nahegelegenen Broadford findet man alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Restaurants etc.)

Platzverhältnisse in einem Tinyhouse naturgemäß etwas beengt.

Der Ausblick auf den Boddenarm und die umliegende Küsten- und Berglandschaft war zu jeder Tageszeit wundervoll. Spaziergänge am Wasser waren stets möglich. Das Häuschen ist klein, aber fein, individuell eingerichtet und gemütlich. Es ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Der Kühlschrank enthielt Milch, Butter etc. und es waren Tee, Kaffee, Salz, Zucker und Öl vorhanden. Die Haushühner spendierten frische Eier. Lori ist eine sehr liebenswerte Vermieterin, die sich von Anfang bis Ende um alles gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit so wohlgefühlt, dass wir am liebsten nicht abgereist wären…

Das Bett war schmal (1,40 m), was für uns ungewohnt ist. Auch das Waschbecken könnte etwas größer sein, für ein paar Tage war es aber ausreichend. Kleiner Tipp: die Küche war vollständig, aber etwas mehr Besteck, eine Schere und Salatschüssel wären ganz gut.

The Host was the best we encountered of our 6 x week journey around Europe & UK. Lori was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, it was a delight to stay at her property. She is an asset to Isle of Skye tourism and worked hard to make sure our stay comfortable and easy. Her historical knowledge is outstanding and most helpful to those decisions one needs to make as a visitor. The view and the surrounds of Coorie Cabin were unique and special to make for a very enjoyable stay!!

The crowds at Portree and some other sites of interest on the Isle as it was the early part of Spring. Glad we're not there for the height of Summer. Despite the tourism crush it was still a wonderful place to visit!
