"Disappointing and misleading experience"

The location was good

My experience at Kathleen Haven was disappointing. The property was advertised as having three bedrooms, but upon arrival, the third bedroom was locked and unavailable for use. I was then asked to pay extra to have another room opened, which was unexpected and did not match the original listing. Clear and accurate information about room availability should be provided before booking to avoid inconvenience and additional costs for guests. I hope this issue is addressed for future visitors.

Amazing house. Everything was very clean and organised. The hostess was great, very friendly and kind. My friends and I had a very nice experience there. I recommend this place for everyone

"Lovely little house in quiet location, close to Ballyheigue."

Location was 10 mins in car from where rest of our family was staying in Ballyheigue. Quiet area. Parking was on street but there were few cars so not bad. Great to have teabags and sugar etc provided and there was milk left in the fridge for us which we were grateful for.

The only 1 tiny thing I'd suggest is a toilet roll holder in bathroom. Other than that all was great.

Очень чистая и уютная квартира. Три просторные спальни, полностью оборудованная кухня — есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хозяева заранее позаботились об отоплении, мы приехали в тёплый дом, что было особенно приятно. Также был подготовлен подробный список мест для посещения в регионе: достопримечательности, рестораны, пабы, кафе и магазины. Остались очень довольны, с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова. Поздно вечером ездили к океану. 5 минут машиной. Магазин рядом с домом.
