"Really nice stay in a lovely town."

Comfortable, warm, all facilities really good, good pubs, cafes and walking close by.

Night-time traffic noise a bit disturbing occasionally.

"Very comfortable stay, close to the village centre and great walks from the door."

Our hosts met us on the drive and the key was in the lock with the heating on and they offered any assistance we required. All environmentally friendly soaps / shampoo was provided. Very friendly hosts.

Not much, really! The second room is quite small, compared with the (huge) main room, but suitable for kids.

"Gorgeous getaway"

We loved the setting, decor, host was fantastic, helpful but not intrusive. We also enjoyed that the cottage had everything we needed- we are used to taking own towels/linens and crockery when we travel so it was lovely to realise we wouldn't need to if we visit again. Also lovely to have a king size bed for us tall folks. Cake on arrival was delicious and a great touch - much needed after a pretty brutal car journey. - big bonus for us was that because of the entrance gate/outside area we knew our 2 year old was safe and couldn't run out onto the main road if he was poddling around outside.

Home from home. Had everything we needed.

Parking is quite tight when you have a big car but we made it work.

Electric Vehicle charging point on the property! Perfect central town location. Good quality nice smelling toiletries. Very comfortable beds.

Rubbish sorting- (recycling/food waste) not explicitly evident.
