It is a very cozy and comfortable place for a small party. The small backyard is nice as well. Plenty of trees to keep the house cool in summer.

They need to provide a chair or two. There were only two stools and a bench to sit on.

I liked the overall vibes, cute, and homey. I liked that I could bring my pet, there was a kuerig, cute themed dishes, AC and heat, body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. The pre communication was pretty clear.

My biggest complaint is that my bed was not clean at all. It was covered in dirt, sand, and dog hair. The sheet protector was not on it and it was dirty below and above the sheet protector. There were no sheets on the bed and I didn't think to check the Ottoman and was not told before about it. I used some blankets I had in my car. I eventually texted about the sheets but by then I was already ready to sleep. No fault on the host for the late text that was on me. The top of the trundle bed was.clean below the sheets but had dog hair and dirt/debris on top of the bed. Compared to the lower bunk tho, it was clear they had cleaned the top bunk. The television did not work. It was very slow, would not load, lagged, etc to the point of not being able to watch it. Bookings says they have a washer and dryer and they do not. This is small but the shower was dirty when I got in it and the toilet lid is partially broken. I also swept before I left and the cleaner had not swept under the bed or under the sink. I paid a bit over 45 dollars in a cleaning fee for a room a bit bigger than 300 Sqft. I expected it to be clean when I arrived and it was not. The neighbors were also very loud around 4am and woke my friend up. I didn't hate this place but I really was looking forward to a clean bed after a 12 hr drive.

Perfect little home for a couple.

It was nice to be in walking distance to Frontier Park as well as downtown. I loved the privacy with own little yard.

There were times the insects took over.
