Interior was clean.

We rented - we thought - a one bedroom cottage. Photos on the internet showed a lovely one bedroom. The pictures are deceptive. They show all three units. We were not given a cottage. It turns out the owner owns several facilities - the unit she gave us was not the one we rented. It was smaller than a studio apartment - the single bed was in the kitchen next to the refrigerator. It looked like a remodeled shack or garage. There was a pull out mattress underneath the single bed, with no sheets. It made for a very uncomfortable night. Although the unit was clean, the parking spot was littered with trash. I emailed the owner to tell her that this was not the facility she rented, but she never replied. DONOT rent unit #3.

This small yet inviting vacation cottage is in a residential neighborhood. Property definitely shows considerable care/attention to detail. Little front porch and fenced-in backyard with little patio add special welcoming feel. FULL kitchen, full sized frig with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, Keurig, and dishes/utensils for the guests' use. Most useful and key for us was large, new washer and dryer! Full sized TV too.

Obtaining the door code, and getting the dryer to function were a bit of a hassle---not evident why. But we did get it figured out. The small 'leather' couch (probably pull-out bed) was rough to sit on for any length of time. Had to crawl onto bed on left side (next to wall).

It appeared to be clean

I was surprised to what I found upon check in. For starters it sits next to what appears to be an abandoned home. I booked unit #2 which is the basement of the home which you enter from the backyard. The ceilings are very low, maybe 6 1/2’. The biggest issue with this property I had was the noise. Upon checking in my wife and I could hear whoever was above us as if they were in the same room. Absolute zero privacy. We decided to leave and book a hotel room in town. I reached out to the property owner and did not receive a response therefore I felt I should leave a honest review of my experience. We spent less money on a hotel room than what we paid to be here, at least now I know for next time.

Location is good

Bed was very hard, had to sleep on the couch, couch was very dirty, floors are very loud from upstairs movements you can hear everything.

I loved the convince of booking this rental and to access it was easy . The place was clean and comfortable I'm very satisfied thank you for letting me stay.

Affordable and good location.

Basement ceilings are a little short
