"Disapointing"

The house was dirty, in need of a proper clean rubbish was under the bed and all round did not feel clean. Cuttelry and dishes were not clean. Toilet seat broken. Music both sides until early hours of the morning.

Beds were super comfortable, had everything we needed! it’s our second time staying here!

The area is quite busy so lots of cars/people always around but that’s not a fault of the property

Clean enough. Bit dated and basic but fine for the price. Well advertised for contractors.

Shower drain clogged was a bit gross, not exactly 'comfy' overall but no real complaints. Beds were decent.

"It offered good value for the price."

The location was excellent, within comfortable walking distance to the city centre. The three bedrooms suited our needs perfectly, and the small back garden was a nice bonus. Many thanks to the host for a pleasant stay.

Although there were a few things in the house that could use some updating, the overall value for money was very good.
