Great location, dedicated parking, comfortable living area, comfortable beds. All the usual amenities.

It would benefit from a deep clean, in the twin room there was a bedside light but nowhere to plug it in, attention to detail - there was a used/unwashed baking tray left in the oven.

"Perfect getaway in the lovely town of Emsworth"

Perfect location in the centre of town and yet very quiet at night. Great decor and nice kitchen. Lounge was very comfortable.

Front door locks immediately by itself when you leave, so don't forget the key!!±

"Comfortable house in Emsworth close to village and walking paths."

The property was in the perfect location for us. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. The layout of the house was quite comfortable.

It seemed like we hadn’t been expected! The back garden was overgrown, there was no instruction/welcome booklet, and no laundry detergent. It felt like perhaps we had arrived early and the house wasn’t ready yet. The word “stunning” to describe the house is not quite right.
