Frankland - Emsworth Harbour 3 Bedroom House

The living room was a lovely comfortable social area for myself and 4 friends. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location to walk into Emsworth

Just felt outside area could of been made to feel more appealing. Only small table with 4 chairs outside. It is actually a lovely space but needs something to make it more attractive.

Not adequate towels and oven not working on arrival. Limited assistance regards the oven and no one to add towels so i had to share one with my daughter. Could f access property for over an hour on arrival because had to send passport info and £150 holding deposit which apparently was there to be filled out but the check in process was incredibly difficult and i was hugely stressed I asked Booking for assistance on messages but no help forthcoming. Reluctant to use booking.com again which is extremely disappointing. I was hoping for some compensation since it was a very expensive 3 nights with all the above problems

great location, a couple of mins from the centre of Emsworth and the river and estuary. very convenient having a dedicated parking space. beds were very comfortable indeed. great little courtyard at back to enjoy a few glasses of wine and fizz before going out.
