"Fabulous hideaway from which to explore North Norfolk."

Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Perfect for 2 people. Good outdoor space too - shame the weather wasn’t good enough for us to make use of that!

This was our first visit to North Norfolk so Fakenham is a great base from which to explore the many pretty places to the North, East & West. Although Fakenham has an interesting history with buildings to match (good self-guided trail) this old market town now lacks vibrancy and dining options for visitors.

Lovely place, warm and comfortable. Great facilities, beautiful decor really superb place to stay. Nice garden area and private but close to amenities.

The location is excellent. The size of the property is cute and ideal for solo or a couple. The garden gets the sun and is private. The house is comfortable and clean. Bright and airy.

I would have preferred an actual double mattress rather than twins close together. But bed is comfortable. I’m not sure the bathroom would be warm in the colder months as there’s not radiator or heated towel rail. House heating is quick and good.

"A fabulous place to stay"

A beautiful property, perfect for a couple. Great design and decor, it had everything we needed. A two minute walk and you’re in town. Very close to Tesco. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. The bed is huge and very comfy. Less than 20 minutes away to Wells. Highly recommend. We’ll be returning.

"A hidden little gem definitely worth visiting."

Everything! Loved the very spacious open planned one bedroom cottage, which had been beautifully decorated and was Immaculate. Situated in a nice quiet residential road but only a ten minute walk away from the town. Owner very welcoming. Have already booked to go back later on in the year we liked it that much 😁

This cottage was perfect, you could tell that the owners really thought about the decor and the furniture. The plus was the bathroom under floor heating and the log fire!!! We felt so comfortable we actually didn’t want to leave!

There was nothing not to like the hosts thought of everything.
