Nothing not to like

Property is much larger than photos show, the facilities were excellent throughout. Very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, all the accessories you could need for prepping/cooking. Garden area is important for us with a dog, the enclosed garden is perfect for him and is beautifully kept. Again much larger than photos indicate Hosts were lovely during our interaction, gave us a tour of the facilities and appliances. Provided comprenensive instructions for managing property during our stay, checkout, local area and attractions. If we had any problems we were encouraged to ask them, we had no problems but I would have no issue reaching out to them.

The only thing I would have liked is a broom as I like to clear up after ourselves, but every other possible need was covered

The decor was particularly fine throughout. The sitting room was spacious. The kitchen was well enough equipped to cook for two. There was a lovely private courtyard garden with a table and casual seating area.

Good eating options within walking distance are limited.

This property is a gem. Located equidistance to east ,north and west coast of Norfolk.(25-30 mins ) All the local amenities are within 5 minutes walking distance so after a busy day a gentle stroll takes you to the selection of local pubs and eateries and groceries. Keys are collected from the owner who is on site At No 14 and not 13 as stated on your booking confirmation. We will definitely be returning and couldn't recommend this property more highly. You will not be disappointed.
