Centrally located right in the heart of everything.

Could have benefitted from more tumblers - clearly this was a very minor observation

This is an exceptional apartment in an ideal location right in the middle of Ortigia but in a quiet street. We were so well looked after by our host who even left pastries on the door for us on our first morning. Communication was really good and our host was extremely helpful advising us about parking options and giving us recommendations for places to visit and to eat. I highly recommend this apartment.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable.

We had an early check in, very very helpful.

Sometimes noisy at night, 3 eateries right outside. We knew this as we did a recon the night before. Not a problem but be aware. You can hear the pots and pans department through the walls. the stairs are 3cm's wide. Leave your case downstairs. Too many light switches, by the time we'd figured them all out 2 aircraft had landed on the roof !

I think some new pillows would be advisable. They were a little too firm for our liking. But of course maybe suitable for others.

Location was excellent close to everything and it was quite big so for our family of 5 was perfect!

Only issue l would say is lack of ventilation and a little dark. A fan would be good. Also the tap in the bathroom downstairs was leaking when in use.

Perfect location right in the heart of Ortigia. Comfortable beds. Lovely furnishings. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. Valet parking (at extra cost) made life much easier.
