Spacious apartment with lots of beds for a large group of people and two bathrooms. Decorated nicely and quiet. Refrigerator, stove and oven, aircon, television, hairdryer, wifi, good hot water and comfortable beds with clean sheets. Towels provided and good natural light.

The rooftop terrace, which should be an asset was filthy so didn't use but it did have a drying rack. We washed dirty pots and pans and swept the bedroom floors on arrival. There was no washing machine or microwave and the laundry tub had dirt in it and was obstructed by bins and ironically cleaning items. The bath mat was constantly wet which suggested a bathroom leak and generally was in need of repair. Stove light didn't work and a few light bulbs needed changing. Aircon is occasionally noisy. The residential neighbourhood was not ideal (in disrepair and dirty). Google maps shows the location on a different corner and numbers were not always in order. Owner communications were limited. Have done many self check ins but this had the least detail in advance or on arrival. Many stairs to and within the apartment. Better options elsewhere. Can also appreciate now why most visitors stay in Ortigia.

Spacious property, ideal location just out of city centre. Large rooms, comfortable, plenty of facilities. Good balcony view

L'emplacement avec parking dans la rue ainsi que l'arrivée et le depart autonome par la boîte a cles.

Les salles de bain étaient vetustes et il y avait des odeurs de canalisations assez marquées. La cuisine et son équipement étaient sales et abîmés. Communication peu fluide avec le loueur.

Le logement est très bien situé, grand et joliment décoré. Très pratique de pouvoir se garer devant l’appartement. Le propriétaire a répondu très rapidement lorsque nous avions besoin, merci !

L’appartement n’était pas très propre, notamment les salles de bain où le ménage n’avait pas été fait et elles sont assez vétuste. La climatisation du rdc ne fonctionnait pas correctement, il faisait assez chaud. Il n’y a pas suffisamment de matériel pour cuisiner, le si peu disponible est aussi vétuste.
