Very good value for money and friendly staff

The apartment is not exactly in perfect new condition but it did not really bother us

Very spacious for a family of 4. Had everything we needed.

- Very spacious appartment, large rooms - Two floors - Two bathrooms - Free parking on the road possible without searching for spot

- Wifi didnt work at the beginning. Restarting the router solved the problem

Communication with owner, location, good value for money

Both bathrooms are upstairs but it was ok for 2 nights

Easy to find parking space, nice terrace on the top floor, spacious apartment

The kitchen missed some utilities which we reported to the owner, so hope that is fixed now

If you are looking for a nice place for your vacation, near Ortigia, this is exactly your place. We were very satisfied with the conditions, we have no complaints. Thanks to the host Mattea, who did everything possible to make us feel good.😊

Location, spacious, communication with the host.

The apartment was clean and tidy. Original style decor :) Quiet neighborhood, but close to the city center. I recommend this place.

Mattia the owner makes u feel at home before you even arrive and he answers all your needs in short time. The location is very good to walk around Siracusa & Ortigia.

Just a suggestion maybe in the upper level they can put some automatic airfreshners because sometimes there is a weird smell maybe coming from outside but it will be better.
