"Acceptable for the money."

The location is amazing. Great value for money. Having a parking pass is a bonus.

WiFi non existent. Cleanliness was mediocre, especially the advertised outside space which needs attention. Especially the drain by the back door and the steps which are both dangerous. The bedrooms and kitchen need an upgrade, but for the price it is acceptable. Communication 100%.

"Lovely cottage"

The living room area was plenty big enough for 5 adults, the double bed on the second floor is so comfy I had the best sleeps ever, the bathroom is lovely and modern .

Think like others have said, wish they’d make the outside area more appealing. No plug sockets in the bedroom on 3rd floor and the towel heater in bathroom didn’t get warm, as was very cold on one of the days , but these small things didn’t ruin our fun .

"A lovely cottage in a fabulous location."

Very comfortable and well equipped. Beds are particularly comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. The bathroom is clearly new and very lovely. It was very dog friendly, which was perfect for us. Location fabulous. Felt spacious enough for 4. We really loved Staithes.

Outside patio could do with cleaning. Even if the weather had been better, I wouldn't have wanted to use it. Kitchen could do with a couple of things - I bought an anti- bac spray as there were no products. Also we've rented lots of properties and usually there's at least a few store cupoard ingredients like a bottle of oil. The fire also needs some attention as it had a very poor ' draw', making it very difficult to light. ( We do have a stove at home, so know how to light them) However, these are all small things that didn't affect our enjoyment of our few days.

Fire was ready to light, location, bathroom bedrooms.

Kitchen needs a declutter and a deep clean. Sink was very dirty & no tea towel. Charity shop vibes open u open the cupboards that were busting with stuff & rusty tin opener? House didn’t smell clean, cushions, throw and rug needs deep cleaning. Bedrooms bathrooms fine. But wouldn’t sit out in the garden. Furniture could do with painting likewise the twin bedroom again charity shop vibes.
