Charlton House

Steve, the property manager, was extremely unprofessional throughout our experience. He should not be allowed to manage this property. He demanded a deposit upfront and later made false claims of property damage in order to withhold the refund. It appears this may be a deliberate tactic used against guests. I strongly advise others to be cautious, as dealing with this manager could result in losing your deposit under false accusations.

Very large property and great facilities overall. Kitchen well-equipped. Lovely conservatory. 4 toilets was a bonus!

Didn't like the plastic covers on the chairs in the conservatory, no hot tub.

Communications with the hosts was very good; they replied quickly to our queries. The house was lovely, we had a lot of space, rooms were clean and the dining room was spaceous.

The kitchen could have been stocked a little better. For example, there was only one chopping board, no kitchen towels and the pots and pan were rather scratched teflon. It was difficult to cook for 10 people. I also didn't like that we had to remind the hosts to refund the security deposit. On reminder they were efficient, though.

Superb Location and easy access to amenities.cozy rooms.good sized kitchen,Lounge and conservatory.enough parking space.Overall an immaculate House and would highly recommend this house to anyone.Thank you Steve and Debbie.

I just use one furniture for BBQ that time it's little bit burnt but I said I pay for that it's cost 35£ but they take me 380£ it's very worst and unfair.once they take 380£ in my account that time I will complaint,and also I never use booking.com in future as well

The house was lovely in a great location

Location of the property is very good only 4 minutes drive from Ventnir beach.
